Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Specialist with a strong background in the staffing industry, field sales, and lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new clients and expanding our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and market expansion.
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Conduct field sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and lead generation within the staffing industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
