Our major healthcare client in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an entry level Insert Machine Operator to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.
This position is 100% onsite.
MUST have reliable transportation
Attire: Business casual - jeans/khakis/cargo pants. Tee shirts with nothing offensive, polo shirt, button up shirts are all acceptable.
All new hires MUST be able to pass an adult life background check and 9-panel drug screen.
There will be 2 rounds of interviews - the first by phone, the second in-person.
Work schedules: New hires will train on 1st shift (8:00am-4:30pm). Once the resource has gone through training, at some date, the resource will be asked to work either the Wednesday-Saturday from 4:00pm-2:30am shift or the Sunday-Wednesday 4:00pm-2:30am shift (will work 4 x 10 hour days). Includes a 30 minute lunch break.
Job Duties
Provide maintenance and/or minor repair of equipment.
Performs other duties as directed.
Perform associated copying tasks and binding and/or finishing work. Ensure quality control measures and pull samples for quality testing.
Putting postage on mail with machine (Sendpro)
Qualifications
HS Diploma/ GED
Must be able to left 25-50 lbs
Entry level position
Previous mail room experience nice to have but not necessary
Good communication skills
Ability to learn quickly
