Seifert Graphics Inc., a leader in providing graphic products and services to the public transit industry nationwide, is seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic design in our Fairport, NY office. The ideal candidate will help execute marketing strategies while designingcompelling visuals to promote company services and products. This role combines marketing expertise with creative design to enhance brand visibility, assist sales, and develop collaborative marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Present Marketing Plans: Design and execute marketing strategies that align with company and sales goals, ensuring a consistent and effective brand message across various platforms.
- Graphic Design & Content Creation: Create engaging visuals, marketing collateral, and digital content (e.g., brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, sales presentations) to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist with Digital Marketing: Utilize email marketing, SEO, social media (LinkedIn), and other digital platforms to build brand awareness and engage with both current and potential customers.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to develop materials and strategies that support sales efforts, and meet weekly to adjust marketing plans as needed.
- Trade Show Coordination: Plan, design, and coordinate trade show exhibits and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Maintain Website & E-store: Regularly update the company website and e-store with fresh content, new products, and promotions, driving traffic through SEO and marketing efforts.
- Analyze and Report Performance: Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and use insights to improve future efforts.
- Utilize CRM Tools: Use customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Nutshell) to track customer interactions, analyze data, and support targeted marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in B2B marketing, with knowledge of email marketing, social media, SEO, and CRM tools (Nutshell preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel for trade shows and events as needed.
This is a full-time position, M-F 8:30a-5p, 40 hours and overtime when necessary.
