Job Description Boyd Corporation is looking for a Director, IT Infrastructure and Security. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this person is responsible for the strategic leadership and day to day management of the Infrastructure and Information Security programs and solutions. The Director, IT Infrastructure and Security will partner with the companys senior leadership to strategically execute on technology requirements, solutions and drive innovation. This position will lead all IT Operational initiatives to support global business goals. The Director IT Infrastructure and Security will be responsible for driving long-term focus in providing scalable solutions so that others may remain productive to ensure competitive advantage; strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives; and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization to ensure flexible, effective systems able to adjust to reasonable future demands consistent with business plans. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required. 10 years of overall experience in Information Technology infrastructure build, and management. Experience in managing IT security operations and end user computing Solid understanding of modern technology platforms, processes and procedures to maintain compliance. Demonstrated experience with ITIL, COBIT, or other IT control frameworks; ITIL preferred. Experience with large IT Infrastructure and/or IT security projects, e.g. nextgen firewall, NAC solutions, SD-WAN solutions, cloud and on-premise voice solutions, collaboration tools, etc. Prior experience with information security frameworks (i.e NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, etc.), secure network architecture (familiar with RFC 1918) and design, cloud computing, and secure application architecture/design preferred. Strong working knowledge of information security technologies (i.e SEIM, XDR, PAM, MFA, etc.), markets and vendors including firewall, intrusion detection, assessment and monitoring tools, encryption, certificate authority, and cloud networks. Articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization. Ability to present technical information to executive leadership. Experienced in working within a centralized/decentralized matrix business environment highly desirable. M A experience including integrations highly preferred. Travel may be required for business purposes. If so, the employee must have a valid drivers license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record. US Citizen or lawful permanent US resident. Additional Responsibilities: Oversees IT Operations ensuring reliability and availability of data centers, infrastructure, and core enterprise applications. Negotiates, maintains, and complies with software license and maintenance agreements. Negotiates and maintains vendor and service agreements. Retains and develops a successful team to support IT services; provides guidance and direction to the management team. Supervise recruitment, development, retention, and organization of IT Operations staff in accordance with corporate budgetary objectives and personnel policies. Oversea the ongoing review, selection, deployment, monitoring, maintenance and enhancement of the companys security technology and architecture. Sponsor and lead information security projects across the business working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure robust on-time, on budget delivery. Develop and manage Information Security roadmap, strategies and budgets based on industry standards and emerging technologies and issues. Develop, implement and communicate enterprise security policies and standards including security training and awareness program to promote adoption and practice. Develop and maintain a security incident response plan that includes the ongoing test of the effectiveness of the program. Investigate security incidents, leading response teams and efforts. Provide support for internal and external audits. Manage and develop self audits to ensure compliance to policy, including the use of vulnerability assessments and penetration tests. Provide oversight of the creation, approval and implementation of business continuity/ disaster recovery plans, including periodic tests of the plan. Develop and manage a risk assessment process for new projects as well as major changes to existing Infrastructure/Applications.
