Preferred Education/Experience Master's Degree and 2 years of work experience. Relevant Work Experience Strong project management skills with experience as a product owner or similar role on a technology implementation project. Required and Ability to work independently as well as drive results by collaborating with stakeholders to build consensus. Required and Demonstrated ability to be well organized, detail oriented, and flexible to handle multiple assignments and deadlines. Required and Proven leadership and interpersonal skills and strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and oral) with all levels of the organization. Required and Experience developing and delivering presentations and creating documentation that can be consumed by users of diverse background and skills. Required and Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with experience in business process improvement. Required and Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Required and Experience in a privacy, data privacy, or data governance-related role in operations, risk management and/or compliance, designing and/or implementing privacy program elements. Preferred and Experience in organizational change management or customer experience management. Preferred and Supervisory/management experience with employees, vendors, and contractors.
