Secretary Monsey, NY$50,000-$70,000Hybrid / PT Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Providing essential clerical and administrative assistance to the office staff.
- Phone Handling: Answering phone calls and promptly redirecting them as needed.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Managing the daily agenda, arranging meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Correspondence and Documentation: Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Contact Management: Updating and maintaining contact information for employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Reports and Filing: Supporting the completion of regular reports and maintaining an organized filing system.
- Expense Reporting: Documenting expenses and submitting reports.
- Receptionist Duties: Occasionally handling receptionist tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Must have background in either Mortgages or Loans
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High school diploma.
