- Provide technical repair direction and support on proprietary products
- Assist customers after the sale of a product via case file or telephone regarding serviceable components
- Provide part numbers for customers using PC-based systems and reference materials
- Utilize technical parts knowledge and understanding of vehicle operations to address customer concerns
- Occasionally call customers for additional information if needed
- Technical certification in automotive or truck repair is a plus
- Proficient at typing and navigating various computer programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic automotive or truck technical knowledge (intermediate level preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Quick adaptation to new processes and procedures
