Your Role...

The Member Service Representative is the face of IECU to develop current and new member financial relationships.

The ideal Member Service Representative will be able to demonstrate knowledge and abilities for the position. Candidates who can work within procedural guidelines and strive to be an active part of the team. We ask candidates to bring strong communication skills along with a trustworthy and enthusiastic spirit, and an understanding of customer service and we will provide you with everything else you need to lead the successful career you've been looking for.

Your daily workday may look something like this:

• Provide a warm, inviting welcome to our members through the process of member interactions
• Be the go-to person for providing transactional support to IECU members, completing transactions of handling cash and other negotiable items with accuracy and efficiency
• Share customizing options available to member with tools and technology resources
• Share our products and services with our members and make referrals to further compliment a top-notch experience
• Give reliable details of balances and payments so our members can stay on top of their financial goals and maintain control of their finances
• Performs updates for members to ensure accuracy and support fraud awareness during member interactions
• Complete daily open/close Teller operations along with daily audit and balance maintenance of transactions per outlined procedures.

The Requirements...

Our desired candidate will have at least 6 months of cash handling experience, attention to detail, a desire to provide great customer service and ability to address customer inquiries and digital knowledge. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in financial industry a plus. Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
