Capitol Construction is looking for a hard-working maintenance technician with a positive attitude to join our team.This individual must be able to handle assigned maintenance tasks, drywall repairs/replacement/finishing, and painting in the immediate Northern Virginia area. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: painting, drywall repairs, community sign repairs, light plumbing repairs, troubleshooting basic electrical issues, replacing light bulbs and ballast, bulk trash removal, light landscaping, tree pruning/removal, and snow removal/pretreatment service.We are looking for someone who is service oriented, organized, pays attention to detail, and is available for after hours/overtime work as needed. You must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers licenses and be able to pass a background check.Please submit your rsum via email only.
