IMMEDIATE CALL CENTER JOB OPPORTUNITY - 100% REMOTE EQUIPMENT PROVIDEDOPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTORS IN NORTH AMERICAFULL TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM OR 9AM-6PM, MUST BE FLEXIBLE (EASTERN TIME)$22/HRTHIS POSITION IS A 4 MONTH CONTRACT JOB OPPORTUNITYQualifications:+ 2 years of call center experience+ Experience handling high volume outbound phone calls+ Experience using CRM systems+ Excellent communication skillsResponsibilities:+ Manage high volume outbound phone calls to customers+ Update customers regarding shipment status and delivery status+ Update customers regarding delivery delay or cancellation+ Speak with customers regarding changes in delivery schedules to to holidays+ Update CRM system regarding customer order informationAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
