About this Role The Assistant Manager will assist the Contract Manager through the oversight of contract fulfillment and service delivery in daily operations, the performance and training of hourly team members, scheduling and ensuring adequate staffing levels, monitoring supplies and inventory, and ensuring compliance with airport, health, and safety regulations with routine audits and any needed additional training. What We Offer You The introductory to maximum salary anticipated for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 per year. What We Seek From You We are seeking someone with 2-3 or more years of management experience particularly managing hourly, first-line team members. Travel and aviation-related management experience is a plus as well as being bilingual or multilingual in languages commonly spoken among the international traveling community at JFK International Airport. Additional Considerations To work you must provide necessary documentation to prove employment authorization, and for work specifically at an international airport, you will be required to provide necessary documentation and obtain clearance for an airport ID, passing any background check and drug screenings post-offer of employment.
