Job Description :
Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivity

Leads successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment. You will represent Honeywell at industry conferences and provide technical presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites throughout the Columbus area, sometimes beyond to ensure quality, troubleshooting and repair orders are completed.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Mentor junior technicians.
  • Remote into BAS.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 3+ years of field services experience
  • Networking, IP or ethernet experience.
  • Experience working in MS Office
WE VALUE
  • Hands on experience with Bacnet or Lonworks.
  • Experience with Tridium, Niagra or similar system.
  • HVAC controls, building management systems, building automation systems (BAS).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree.
