HoneywellVoice Solutions continues to grow and build its Professional Services Team. Weare adding a Field Service Technician to support one of our largest customers.

Achieve the developmentof on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipmentand systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience ofcustomers, other industry peers and competitors. You will achieverevision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing trainingguides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuousimprovement initiatives in the processes related to field services and productdevelopment. You will lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix anyadministrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of properequipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists,Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Theannual base salary range for this position in California and New York(excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is$68,000 - $102,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York& California, the annual base salary range is $68,000 - $102,000. Please note thatthis salary information serves as a general guideline. Key Responsibilities:

  • 25% Lead and manage technical projects and tasks
  • 25% Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • 25% Implementation and deployment of Honeywell Solutions
  • 25% Educate and write documentation for customer and field technicians
  • 30% International and domestic travel

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 3+ experience years of technical experience implementing and supporting software and hardware systems
  • Must be available for a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule
  • Customer facing experience

WE VALUE:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • IT, Project Management, and other technical certifications
  • Previous experience in Logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
  • Previous experience with Linux, Windows Server, and MS SQL
  • Organizational skills, ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
  • Good written and oral communication
