A client in Irvine, Ca is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This person will be doing white glove customer service, calling on franchisees and owners ensuring the software deployments/rollouts were successful. You will be calling franchisees and owners pre roll-out as well to ensure they were able to review training documents and guides and are prepared for the roll out.
