Job DetailsJob Details:We are looking for a dedicated and proficient Permanent Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. This position involves managing and overseeing a variety of legal cases, primarily in the field of personal injury law. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legal procedures, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a focus on case management, signing cases, client relationship management, and personal injury law.Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee all aspects of a case from inception to resolution, including signing cases, drafting legal documents, and ensuring all paperwork is correctly filed and up to date.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are kept informed of case progress and any changes in the legal landscape that may affect their case.3. Collaborate with legal teams to gather evidence, conduct research, and prepare for trials.4. Ensure all legal documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and maintained regularly.5. Monitor and manage case deadlines, ensuring all necessary actions are taken in a timely manner.6. Utilize case management software to track case progress and maintain client information.7. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries promptly and professionally.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or related field. A paralegal certificate would be an added advantage.2. Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, preferably within the personal injury law sector.3. Proven experience in signing cases and managing client relationships.4. In-depth knowledge of legal documentation and court procedures.5. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.6.
