The primary purpose of your job position is to assure that patients, staff, and visitors are provided with a safe and comfortable environment. To ensure that staff activities are monitored, and staff are prepared to interact effectively with the environment and equipment with which he/she works to reduce the risk of injury to patients, staff, visitor, and property. -Healthcare or hospital experience. 1. CHOP (Certified Healthcare Operations Professional) preferred but not a must, physical experience in Healthcare Field considered. 2. High School Diploma or GED required. 3. 3-5 years of experience in related field, preferred. 4. Must possess strong oral and written communication, planning, problem solving, change management and extremely strong skills in personal diplomacy. 5. Demonstrates personal traits of a high level of motivation, team orientation, professionalism and trustworthiness and places a high value on treating others with dignity and respect. 6. Leadership skills; Industry knowledge, critical thinking, relationship building, ethical judgement, adaptability, quick thinking, analytical-planning, quantitative data and action.
