We are looking for merchandisers to service the American Greetings Department in retail locations. * The starting pay is $12.60 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location). * After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $13.30. * After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $14.00. * We offer flexible work scheduling. * We provide paid training. This route will service the following retail locations: Kroger, 845 Nashville Hwy, Columbia, TN, 38401; Dollar General, 2490 Nashville Hwy; Dollar General, 125 Bear Creek Pike; Dollar General, 424 Santa Fe Pike; Dollar General, 704 Bear Creek Dr; Dollar General, 1390 Hampshire Pike; Dollar General, 1901 Williamsport Pk; Dollar General, 4217 Highway 431; Dollar General, 5351 Nashville Hwy, Chapel Hill, TN; Dollar General, 200 S Horton Pkwy, Chapel Hill, TN; Dollar General, 4482 Nashville Hwy, Chapel Hill, TN and Dollar General, 3802 Hearthstone Drive, Chapel Hill, TN. The weekly average hours are 7 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 12 hours per week around holidays. Primary Responsibilities: * Merchandise and maintain all product displays within the greeting card department as well as other areas of the store as needed. * Work in a fast paced retail environment utilizing your effective time management skills. * Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours. * Use a company provided tablet to perform basic job functions, such as reviewing weekly service and tasks, inventory functions, time entry, etc. * Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
