Lennar is seeking a detail-oriented project manager to help manage our growing 3D Creative Services pipeline. As a project manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects from initial intake through final delivery, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met. You will perform a wide range of operational tasks at various stages of the pipeline, collaborating across departments to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Project Manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $57,753.00 - $89,994, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.Life at Lennar
