Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial role in ensuring contractors have a positive experience with their orders/products/services. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, providing assistance and information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply. Responsibilities:Respond to contractor inquiries via phone and email in a timely and friendly manner.Assist walk in customers with placing/picking up orders & questions/concerns .Provide product information, resolve customer issues, and offer solutions to problems.Coordinate with warranty department as neededAssist customers with order processing, including order placement, tracking, and returns.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements.Uphold the company's customer service standards and policies.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.3-5 years customer service/call center experience required including heavy customer resolutionConstruction and/or construction material distribution experience is a plusExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with constant change.Proficiency in using computer systems and software.Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a desire to assist others.Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn about our products/services.
