The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, providing guidance to maintain high productivity and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Train and coach associates on all aspects of production, fostering a high-performance team.
- Set and maintain a standard of excellence in attendance, job performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Communicate regularly with the Cell Leader/Shift Supervisor, providing updates on department conditions, line stoppages, injuries, and any concerns raised by contractors.
- Collaborate closely with the on-site team to address issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, and compliance with GMP/PPE standards.
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility in schedule, with the ability to work overtime when required.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly stand, stoop, kneel, and handle tools and objects.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
