- Starting as soon as credentialed, ongoing
- Clinic Work Schedule (if applicable) 1.5 days of clinic a week. Thursday all day, Friday morning. Friday afternoon OR.
- Call Schedule (if applicable) N/A. No call required. Need to provide access into the office and perform in-office and operative procedures weekly.

- Patient Volume: Average monthly admission is 10/ : Average per ½ day is 30. Mixture of clinic patients and procedures
- Required Procedures: General Urology
- APP Support/Supervision: Supervise Residents
- EMR: EPIC
- Requirements: Active GA License, Board Certified, Clean Background, Covid Vaccine
