Activity aides lead small and large group activities according to the programming schedule and provide one-on-one engagement to room-bound residents. Leisure activities help to make our residents' lives meaningful and purposeful and improve residents' quality of life. • Experience with activities or therapeutic recreation is a plus
• Experience working with persons with dementia is a plus
• Experience working in a healthcare setting and with older adults is preferred
