Turning pursuit into passion, AOB delivers brands that move you because our success is measured by moments that matter.Position Overview:Under the direct supervision of the Quality Control Supervisor, the Quality Technician will be responsible for inspecting all incoming parts and products to ensure design and quality requirements are achieved. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspects incoming and assembly products and assesses quality conformance per established QC procedures.
- Analyze quality defects and assist with root cause definition.
- Inputs/maintains QC records in appropriate systems.
- Complete required documents, forms, and spreadsheets.
- Collect and analyze data.
- Respond to and generate emails in regard to quality issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with other departments.
- Works safely and identifies/reports any safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain good housekeeping in personal area and all common areas.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Preferred 1-2 years' experience
- Basic knowledge of computer programs (ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic math
- General understanding of hunting and shooting sports.

- Ability to read drawings and understand part dimensional tolerances.
- Clear and effective written and oral communication
- Ability to work with a team.
- Attentive to detail.
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- General office equipment.
- Self-motivation and willingness to take initiative within established procedures.
- Inspection equipment including hardness tester.
- General mechanical aptitude.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift at least 30-45lbs unassisted.
