- Advocate for patent owners in enforcing their rights against infringers, including domestic and international corporations facing allegations of patent infringement, antitrust violations, and unfair competition.
- Counsel clients on strategies to avoid litigation, emphasizing proactive measures to protect intellectual property.
- Conduct thorough assessments of competitors' patent portfolios and collaborate with engineers to enhance clients' product development.
- Identify potentially problematic features in clients' products and propose practical solutions to mitigate litigation risks.
- Assist clients facing allegations of infringement by identifying distinguishing elements of their technology and effectively communicating these distinctions to adversarial parties to prevent disputes.
Requirements
