Job DetailsResponsibilities: 1. Manage all aspects of commercial litigation, including case evaluations, client communications, and strategy development.2. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and assist in the preparation of legal documents.3. Handle e-discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.4. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in complex litigation.5. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, helping to navigate complex business disputes.6. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, providing updates on case progress and legal advice.7. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, specifically with real estate, banking, and business disputes.3. Admission to the state bar (Oregon). 4. Proven experience in case evaluations, client communications, and strategy development.5. Proficiency in e-discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitration, and mediations.6. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.9.
