Description We are now accepting resumes/applications for EXPERIENCED CNC OPERATORS for the Thibodaux, LA and surrounding area. Duties/Responsibilities may/may not be limited to the following: Duration of Job: Temp to Hire based on Job PerformancePosition Requirements:One to two years of operating CNC plasms machines preferred. MUST be Forklift CertifiedMUST HAVE VALID LICENSEHigh school diploma or GED equivalent is required.MUST be able to pass physicalMUST be able to pass drug screenMUST be able to pass background checkMUST have reliable transportationRequired Skills:
- Promotes, executes, and adheres to the company's safety program
- Loads and unloads trucks with raw and processed steel material by safely operating a forklift
- Creates and/or uploads programs via PC to specific CNC machine to process steel materials.
- Processes and handles small to large pieces of steel materials via CNC machines.
- Carries and moves supplies as needed.
- Cuts various parts of product assembly.
- Cuts standard parts for stock in shop area as needed.
- General cleaning and maintenance of CNC machine area.
- Coordinates with supervisor to track material need for all projects and stock items.
- Performs other duties or task as required based on company's needs.
