POSITION SUMMARY The QSF Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of QSF Project Managers who simultaneously manage multiple settlement dockets, ranging from several hundred to thousands of claimants. This role involves coordinating with QSF Portfolio Managers and ensuring effective training and staffing within their service line to achieve optimal execution. Additionally, the QSF Administration Manager is tasked with monitoring quality metrics, keeping teams on track, and reallocating resources as necessary to ensure a seamless administration process. This encompasses the entire workflow from the receipt of docket information to the final disbursement of funds. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a deep understanding of ARCHER's diverse service lines and their implications for the treasury process. Successful applicants must demonstrate the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business drivers, and organizational needs. A strong passion for developing teams and mentoring team members for future growth opportunities is essential. Candidates should be comfortable handling a high volume of sensitive and confidential information and exhibit exceptional attention to detail. A high sense of urgency, accountability, and a commitment to professionalism are critical for this role. Position Location: Houston, TexasJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Delegate work to QSF Project Managers, QSF Analysts, Client Service Representatives and utilize company resources to effectively complete work assignments.
  • Allocate team resources effectively to manage and meet competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Train team members to ensure quality control for various aspects of each QSF docket, including accuracy of Claimant information and proper execution of legal documents across multiple dockets.
  • Assist portfolio managers with necessary resources to prioritize and act on escalations created by internal and external entities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and supporting team members.
  • Manage team timesheet approvals and monitor team PTO and requirements.
  • Set goals and establish objectives for the team.
  • Ensure team members progress towards company goals and objectives while adhering to company policies.
  • Hire and train new employees/team members.
  • Evaluate performance and conduct regular reviews and appraisals.
  • Provide feedback and offer constructive observations to help employees improve their skills.
  • Train and develop team members by identifying growth opportunities for employees and arranging training sessions.
  • Organize team-building activities and encourage collaboration.
  • Create an environment where employees feel valued and engaged.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESRequired:
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor's degree (Required).
  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
