Job Description: Capital planning and financial analysis aimed at supporting technical sourcing of access technologies in emerging categories such as 3rd party/hybrid/on- premise cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) SW, Radio Access Networks, Next Gen Business Support Systems, Automation, transformational SaaS and PaaS, disaggregated network solutions, data warehouse and analytics, and direct chip supplier relationships, while supporting a technical client organization and cross-functional technical programs/projects to forward progress AT&T technology. Technical Sourcing managers would lead capital project management and financial analysis along with assisting client organizations to set strategy to support business process and post contract sourcing operations for strategic, and broad supplier relationships. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage Capital Actual Spend and Forecast using CPFM for tracking Dev Cash and Network Capital budget. - Prepare monthly presentations for GCM AVPs and VP, providing actual spend, forecast, and areas of focus to keep on track with budget. - Partner with Portfolio Manager, Project Managers, Key Forecasters, and Finance to ensure actual year-to-date dollars spent and forecasts are in line with organizational budget. - Financial and Technological expertise and adeptness close to our BU stakeholders to offer them appropriate level of capital planning, sourcing and cost analysis support - Ability to work seamlessly within and across companies, cultures, functions, and geographies to drive change and action. Best practices knowledge within and across industries including an ability to translate those learnings into application for AT&T. Project Management skills to oversee one a small to large project that may involve cross- functional teams. Education: Preferred Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. Experience: Typically requires 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
