Collections Specialist
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various Shifts

RL Carriers has an immediate need for Collections Credit Analyst at our Wilmington, OH Service Centeroffice.
Responsibilities will include:
* Review multiple billing queues to determine credit, authorize collect shipments and identify necessary billing changes
* Coordinate necessary billing changes with Corrections
* Communicate with internal and external contacts for resolution assistance as needed
* Taking driver and customer calls
* Taking credit card payments
* Answering phones
* Other Duties as assigned
