What you'll do: Perform high-volume scanning, stapling, document retrieval, filing, and sorting. Create and maintain files, ensuring simple to complex records are accurately organized. Enter data and maintain records with a focus on precision and confidentiality. Compile and check Excel reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Conduct searches and investigations of information contained in files to support departmental needs. Process departmental documents while utilizing specific knowledge of functional operations. Type correspondence and assist with other clerical tasks as assigned. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in administrative support is a plus. Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong data entry skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and procedures effectively. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information. Must be able to stand, talk, and hear regularly; occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be required. Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds as needed.
