Mission:To ensure the integrity of job file data across multiple business systems to support the Production Team with scheduling accuracy and achieving job cost spending targets, exceptional communication and documentation, program requirement compliance, equipping the project managers to reach revenue goals and customer service goals.
Compensation Range:- $18 - $24 an hour based on experience
Education/Professional Experience/Skills:- Minimum of 3 years professional experience
Team Member Expectations:- Data Integrity Management - Support a large volume of projects by maintaining the integrity of the data across multiple platforms. This includes job creation, ongoing financial management of projects, work order support including scheduling through file completion, timely invoice processing
- Scheduling - Collaborate with the project manager on the initial job scheduling of individual workorders, responsibility to maintain the ongoing accuracy of that schedule, and achievement of job cost spending targets through weekly Production review
- Administrative Support to Project Manager(s) - Provide requested support to a team of Project Managers on a daily basis to include documenting a file, communicating with customers both on the phone and/or text, obtaining documentation, and submitting documentation
