Maintain a safe environment and ensure building access control measures are maintained. Officer may be called to assist with security services at other sites including the main campus.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSNone RequiredCERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTSDriver's License upon hire and Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) Card within 6 months.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSSecurity experience preferred.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS* Taser Certification, OC Pepper Foam Certification, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention CertificationSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEEffectively communicate with employees and customers. Writing skills.
