Dietary Aide
Dietary Aide Responsibilities Include:
- As a dietary aide, assist and support chef and cooks in serving meals to residents of a 120 skilled nursing facility.
- Set up, distribute and clean up meals in dining room setting and tray line.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams in assuring residents meal ticket is matching diet restrictions.
- Comply with standard practice sand procedures and ensure regulatory requirements are in place.
- Participates in regular in-service training.
- Willingness to learn different positions within the dietary department and an opportunity for growth.
Dietary Aide Qualifications/Requirements:
- G.E.D. or High School Diploma.
- On the job training.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures.
Shifts:
- FT 12PM-8PM Evenings/Weekends
- Must be available evenings, weekends & holidays
