Rudy School of Nursing & Health Professions is seeking a personable and highly motivated Graduate Assistant to work 20 hours each week primarily assisting with various operations and projects that are specific to the School of Nursing & Health Professions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble student applicant files under the supervision of the Dean and Executive Assistant to the Dean.
- Input student information into the database systems.
- Place student applicant files into the correct filing cabinet location.
- Serve as the back up to the Executive Assistant to the Dean to provide coverage, answering incoming phone calls, directing guests, documenting maintenance needs, etc.
- Assist with administrative projects.
- Assist with recruiting events.
- Serve as a liaison between students and advisors throughout the School.
- Other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Dean and Executive Assistant to the Dean.

- Must have a 3.0 or above overall GPA
- Must be enrolled in a graduate program at Cumberland University
