This position reports to Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. The work model for the role is hybrid. #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in Houston, TX. You will be mainly accountable for: •Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. •Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. •Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. •Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Analyzer, Chemical or Instrumentation Engineering, or a similar field.
- 5+ years' experience as an Project Manager, Operations Manager role with Process Analytical products or projects.
- Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes and tools for Refining, Chemical or Petrochemical industries and knowledge of electrical equipment in hazardous areas is essential.
- Strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following workplace safety guidelines
