CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE (SERIES 7 REQUIRED)

A prestigious global investment bank is seeking a Client Service Associate to join a young growing team of Advisors/Planners.

The Associate will support 2 Senior Financial Advisors and a Wealth Planning assisting in the day to day operational support for their HNW clients.

• On-board new clients, assist with wires, ADV's and process client request.
• Interact daily with the HNW clients, answer and respond to client requests.
• Assist with team marketing events, and develop marketing materials, and update the CRM

3+ years of experience within a broker-dealer or RIA within a client service role

Series 7 required

Strong comp package and a hybrid work schedule.
