As the Sales Associate, you're the first-person our customers meet, and you guide them through our impeccable retail environment while providing a deep understanding of the products. Your success is measured by providing a remarkable and exceptional experience to our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and embrace the guidelines behind Full Sail's unique style of service
- Become an expert and staying curious about the products and comfortable talking about in great detail
- Maintain an immaculate and organized retail environment and online presence
- Perform daily open / close of the store (requires punctuality and dedicated presence)
- Provide exceptional gift packaging in store and online
- Produce end of day reporting as directed
- Create SWAG bags as directed
- Provide support on inventory levels to manager
- Provide stock room support as needed
- Provide online retail fulfillment

Education and/or Experience - Minimum of 2 years retail or similar experience
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Computer Skills: - Proficient in Macintosh: Word, Excel and Numbers (Photoshop a plus)
- Shopify and Mailchimp
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands: Work is performed in a retail and storage environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, reach, kneel, stoop and lift up to thirty (30) pounds. Full Sail is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
