The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring efficient stock control practices. This role requires a strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Duties:
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain proper stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas.
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory levels.
- Identify and report discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.
- Assist in implementing inventory control measures to reduce loss and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues promptly.
- Assist with product labeling, barcoding, and tagging as necessary.
- Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Update inventory records in the database accurately and promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock situations to the Inventory Manager.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas following company standards.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring correct items and quantities are packed.
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
