PROCESS ENGINEER | ATHENS, TN
+ This person will be responsible for the line efficiency and improvement of 1 new line (HVAC products).
+ The line is currently at 60% capacity, and it needs to be increased.
+ This person will be responsible for the process design and line balancing.
Skills & Requirements
+ Line balancing
+ Process design and improvement
+ Troubleshooting- robots, servos, vision systems
+ Mass product
+ Experience with lines with many components (100+)
+ Ability to communicate results to upper management clearly
Additional Information
+ 12-month contract through Actalent. Your first 12 months will be through Actalent, then this company might hire you directly, contract could be extended, or Actalent will set you up with a new opportunity.

+ Overtime: Average 10-15 hours of overtime per week. You WILL be compensated for overtime hours!
+ Compensation:
+ $38.00-$45.00/hour
+ Overtime pay: x1.5 hourly rate
