Spherion is seeking Warehouse Workers for manufacturing positions in Waynesville, NC. This position will be in charge of inspecting and packaging finished product. This is a great position for those who have never worked in warehouse or manufacturing. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! Available Work Schedules Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:15am-5:30pm Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:15pm-5:30am Weekend Shift: Friday-Saturday, 5:00am-7:00pm Responsibilities: Final visual inspection of manufactured product Lift and move finished product to shipping area Maintain clean and organized work environment Assemble parts safely and efficiently Read manufacturing blueprints and task lists Working hours: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available) Skills: Able to work in a fast paced, high speed environment Work on a team and independently Warehouse experience is preferred but not required Education: No Degree Required Experience: 0-1 years Qualifications: Able to stand for duration of 12 hour shift Able to safely lift up to 45 pounds unassisted Looking for a new job is stressful, exciting, and exhausting all at the same time.
