Implements physician suspension procedures when records are not completed timely and notifies the physician, impacted departments, and Administration as well as subsequent notices of reinstatement.Responsible for fostering high levels of customer service in assisting physicians with record completion issues. Demonstrates patience, sensitivity, and the ability to diffuse tense situations. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Phoebe.
