As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Room Attendant that will provide supplies, tools and parts to employees.
What We're Looking For:
We are currently hiring a full-time Parts Room Attendant. As a Parts Room Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all employees have the proper personal protective equipment.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
* Basic computer skills.
* Must be able to read and write.
* Good customer service skills.
* Bilingual with English and Spanish.
Required Education:
High school diploma.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Organize supplies and keep work area clean.
* Communicate with vendors.
* Receive packages.
* File documents.
* Keep inventory of supplies.
* Lift 50lbs or more.
* Other duties as assigned.
Personal Competencies Required:
* Good attendance.
* Attention to detail.
* Be able to pass a background check.
* Perform job with minimum supervision.
* Maintain professional behavior.
* Have good phone etiquette.
Essential Physical Abilities:
This job position requires the following minimum physical abilities to adequately perform the above job activities.
* Standing/Walking- be on feet and walking for majority of 12-hour shift
* Multitask- perform more than one task at a time.
* Pace of job- pace is set by the employee as reasonable and as required by outside constraints such as deadlines.
* Lifting - a significant amount of lifting is required on this job. The maximum amount lifted is estimated at 50 lbs. and the average being 27 lbs. frequently. Lifting heights vary from lifting off the floor to lifting above shoulder level.
* Work in hot or cold environment
* Work in loud environment
