Job Location : all cities,AR, USA
This position will report to the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources and is a member
of the Human Resources team which will conduct job analysis; prepare job descriptions, market
price jobs, facilitate and track annual merit and promotional increases; participate and prepare
compensation surveys, analyze results to determine the organizations competitive position, and
develop recommendations for merit budget planning. Must possess strong problem-solving
abilities, analytical skills, and a desire to learn. A high level of communication and technological
skills is required as well as the ability to work in teams.
This position will work closely with Human Resources and Finance Teams on the tasks below in
order to gain experience and exposure on a path to becoming a subject matter expert with
opportunity for growth and development as proficiencies are gained.
Bachelors degree required. An emphasis in accounting/finance, business administration,
information technology preferred. 2 years of relevant experience in managing compensation
plans and programs preferred. 2-3 years experience in a large healthcare system preferred.
Expert in Microsoft Office suite and system analysis skills required. Ability to communicate with all
levels of staff. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
