The club, comparable to the exclusivity and elegance of the world's finest venues but with a more intimate setting, requires a visionary leader to produce unforgettable experiences for an elite clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Conceptualisation & Design: Develop and execute bespoke event concepts that reflect the clubs luxurious brand and meet the desires of its discerning members.
- Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of event production, ensuring seamless execution and attention to every detail.
- Creative Leadership - lead a team of designers, production staff, and external vendors, fostering innovation while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Client Liaison: Work closely with club members and their guests to tailor events to their individual preferences, ensuring a personalised, unique experience.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with top-tier vendors and suppliers, ensuring the best services and resources are utilised.
- Oversee and manage event budgets, delivering high-end results while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Conduct post-event analysis to continuously improve the quality and impact of future events.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in luxury event production, ideally within private members clubs or high-end venues.
- Proven ability to conceptualise and deliver sophisticated, intimate events that create lasting impressions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in overseeing production teams and working with external partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with high-net-worth individuals to understand and deliver on their event expectations.
- A meticulous approach to planning and executing events, ensuring flawless delivery at every stage.
- Experience in managing large event budgets and delivering outstanding results within financial constraints.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining the highest standards of luxury and excellence.
