**Responsibilities**
**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Insure timely collections of open obligations for the various geographical regions in North Americas
+ Customer contact correspondence
+ Prepare monthly customer statements
+ Prepare bi-Weekly Area Manager reports
+ Process credit and debit memos
+ Application of receipt to AR2000
+ Prepare Daily Cash Report
+ Prepare Daily deposit
+ Monthly close of the AR2000 system
+ Performs other job assignments as specified by the AR/Senior Finance Manager

**Qualifications**
EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Minimum of 1 year related experience in Accounts Receivable
EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE
Basic knowledge of general office equipment
COMPUTER SKILLS
Basic knowledge of Windows XP, WP and Spreadsheet
AS400
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to ensure that quality and production standards are met
Ability to handle stress and conflict
Ability to meet deadlines and understand that time is involved
Ability to resolve customer issues and take responsibility for work performed
Ability to set priorities
Ability to work with others
Clear Status on Criminal and Drug Test
Customer service, professional attitude and appearance

Must know how to prepare reports on volumes, machine performance caused by machine problems
Overtime when required
Strong organizational, administrative, recording keeping and time management skills
