Lead Server needed. Bandanna's Grill - located within Hotel Park City in Park City, UT - member of Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International.

Bandanna's Lead Server will be responsible for serving food and beverages & coordinating the overall customer experience for breakfast and lunch service.
General duties and qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude is essential for this position.
- Ensures uniform and grooming standards with all serving staff.
- Coordinates cleanliness duties and responsibilities among serving staff.
- Must have knowledge of our menu and assist in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health & safety standards in all food and beverage areas.
- Must have ability to frequently multi-task in a fast-paced environment and always be a 'team player'.
- A flexible schedule and willing/able to work weekends or holidays is desired.
- Must have, or be able to obtain, a Utah Food Handler Permit, TIPS Cert.
- Aloha POS system knowledge preferred.
- Consistently contributes to success by leading positive interactions with F&B team members and customers.
- Other job-related duties as assigned when needed by management.
