General Responsibilities:Perform a wide variety of custodial duties in order to provide a clean, healthy, and safe environment.Perform work as required.Specific Duties:Perform routine and comprehensive custodial maintenance of facility.Maintain inventory and submit written requests for supplies; test and evaluate new supplies.Accomplish all cleaning as outlined in the Custodial Procedures for the Administrative Building .May be required to travel to various agency sites to clean.Sanitizing and disinfecting agency's building and rentals for various pathogens including Covid-19. Which may require operating specialized machines.Maintain and organize the Agency's building key inventory and supply.Serve on various agency committees.Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience Qualifications:Methods of maintaining, cleaning, and preserving a variety of surfaces; proper use of a wide range of cleaning agents and sanitizing equipment, according to state and federal regulations; handling and disposing of hazardous materials and blood borne pathogens with care.High school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Requirements:Demonstrate oral and written communication skills.Must be able to perform physical activities; such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing, or walking.Must be able to work safely in an environment containing cleaning agents, cleaning materials, and dust.Must be self-directed and able to coordinate the completion of assigned tasks and be willing to accept new challenges on a daily basis.Must comply with Agency smoke free and drug free policies.Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and pass State Police criminal clearance check and MMCAA's Insurance Carries driving record review.Shall provide written report by a physician stating their physical capability.Understand the importance of daily work attendance.
