This position manages franchise store operations including customer service, production, team members, facilities and equipment in order to ensure that Tim Hortons' standards around people, product, cleanliness and exceptional customer service are fulfilled. Requirements Qualifications:
  • Completion of 2 Year College degree; or equivalent experience
  • 45 - 50 hour work week required
  • Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date car insurance
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Available during full business hours to respond to business needs
  • Effective problem solving and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results oriented & ability to lead, train, and develop a team of up to 40 employees
  • ServSafe certification training will be provided
