About the job Business Development All Heart Homecare is a leading homecare agency that has been providing top-notch services to its clients in all 5 boroughs of NYC for over 10 years. Our dedicated team shares the same values and strives to improve the quality of life of our clients in the comfort of their homes. We are currently seeking a new member of our team who will play a vital role in acquiring new referral sources and maintaining long-lasting partnerships with them. Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within the agencys territory - Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach plan, in-line with All Heart Homecare annual strategy, to increase awareness and drive engagement with a variety of referral sources. The plan should include specific strategies and tactics to reach different referral sources with appropriate and tailored activities - Establish and maintain strong business relationships with a variety of new and existing referral sources - Schedule and present information about All Heart Homecare programs and services to the community organizations, including doctors offices, hospitals, medical centers, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare professionals in order to reach eligible home care patients - Demonstrate a thorough and complete knowledge of the agency including our vision, mission and values; the services we provide; and how we differentiate ourselves from other home care agencies - Research and participate in marketing and networking events, health and wellness fairs, community events throughout New York City to enhance visibility of agency services in the community and generate new relationships and business - Prepare an annual budget for outreach activities - Provide monthly reports on outreach efforts Job Requirements:
