Job Title: Brand Manager Duration: 9 months, Location: New York City, NY Profile: We're seeking a Senior Brand Manager. They will be someone who effortlessly builds great relationships at all levels. Key Outputs / Deliverables:
- Brand leadership of one of the most critical brand variants for Diageo - Crown Royal Apple - including strategy, performance, P&L and execution. Cultural curiosity in NBA, Fashion, Art required. Moreover, tied closely to this is stewardship of all the Flavor Variants for Crown, including any Innovations.
- Execute the Positive Drinking platform: we want to help change the way the world drinks for the better and are committed to reducing alcohol-related harm. The SBM will spearhead this work stream.
- Steward the brand's purpose platform, which is one of the most iconic and known platforms of all spirit brands, the Purple Bag project.
- Partner with US brand leadership in establishing and leading the Super Premium Convenience category pioneered by Crown Cans national launch, crucial P&L management and innovation strategy
- Partner with US brand leadership to deliver annual Marketing Business Plan (MBP), enroll key partners and brief agencies to deliver activity plan
- Showing up as a mentor and role model for the rest of the extended team driving thought leadership and hands on coaching
Experience
- 7+ years marketing experience with track record of crafting and implementing brand strategies and campaigns with tangible results
- Agency background and/or CPG or Beverage alcohol experience and/or MBA (preferred)
- Candidate will have proven track record of success against Diageo capabilities
- US experience preferred

- Shift timings: Regular day shift - Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (Hired candidate has the option to select 3 days a week and they want to be onsite)
- Interview: 2 rounds of Zoom interviews and there is a possibility of another round
- Hours: 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Possibility of extension: there is a possibility depending on the job need but no confirmation as of now
